After running a very successful IT consulting company for 7 years Nicole McCarthy was looking for a change and decided to enter the mortgage world in 2001. Nineteen years later she is still loving assisting people with their mortgage needs and has found a great home with Cross Country Mortgage as a Senior Loan Officer in their NYC office.
Her expertise is extremely broad based. Some of the loans that she specializes in are Jumbo, Conventional, SONYMA, FHA, Coop, Condos, Multifamily loans, fixed rate, adjustable rate (ARMs). She is especially versed in new construction condo and coops where she has worked as a preferred lender. Nicole has received recognition for her hard work over the years, garnering numerous awards in the financial field including being named as a top producer year after year and being named in the top 1% of mortgage loan originators nationwide in 2016 and 2017. Her success comes not only from her steadfast dedication to clients but also from her superior customer service and professional demeanor.
