Brandon M. James is a transactional real estate attorney with the firm Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel, P.C. Brandon represents purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also represents clients in construction and capital improvement projects of all sizes, from individual apartment improvements to multi-million dollar building construction projects. Brandon's practice and expertise further extends to Cooperative and Condominium law, including the representation of cooperative and condominium boards throughout New York City in all matters from financial transactions, governance issues, capital improvements, and negotiation of vendor agreements. He has negotiated and closed hundreds of transactions involving the transfer, financing, and leasing of residential and commercial properties, representing well over $1 billion in value.
Brandon received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
